The IP Pilot’s referral program is an opportunity for you to support your peers in their data-backed business development endeavors and be rewarded with up to 1,000 € discount on your next term if they successfully sign up with us.
For each successful referral, your firm receives a discount, depending on the value of the successful sign-up of a firm that you refer to us. The price is estimated based on the number of IP professionals (see https://www.ip-pilot.com/en/pricing/). The reward calculation is as follows:
- Total annual price below or equal to 6,600€ = 500 € discount on your next invoice
- Total annual price above 6,600€ = 1,000 € discount on your next invoice
You are also free to pass your reward to its full extent to your peer/peer’s firm.
Rewards have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash, auctioned, traded, bartered, or sold.
To refer a peer, fill out the form above using the same email address that is registered with your existing IP Pilot user account. This is to ensure the referral is properly tracked. You also ought to get prior consent from your peer to share his/her contact information with us.
Alternatively, you can introduce a peer to your IP Pilot’s account manager via email.
We will send you a confirmation e-mail and get in touch with your referee to offer a demo and free trial access to IP Pilot. We will not use the contact details you provided for any further marketing or promotional communication.
You can refer your friends, partners, or colleagues working in other firms within the same industry (i.e., lP/patent law firms or firms providing IP-related services). You cannot refer yourself or your colleagues working in the same firm as you.
For your firm to earn a discount, the introduced referral firm must have signed a contract within 18 months after the introduction. The referred person or his/her firm should not have previously purchased a subscription to IP Pilot (or previously known Patent-Pilot), participated in a free trial prior your introduction or been referred by another current customer.
It is also essential that you, as a referrer, are a current active user of IP Pilot who received access to the tool through an ongoing subscription purchased by an entity where you are employed or own.
We will send you an e-mail confirming the receipt of your referral. We will also notify you when your referred peer makes a purchase decision.
If the peer or peer’s firm purchases IP Pilot, we will provide you with further information about how your firm can receive a reward.
You can contact us by email (info@ip-pilot.com) to receive updates about your referral’s status anytime too.
No, there is no limit on the number of unique referrals you can make and hence the number of discounts you can receive. Multiple referral discounts can accumulate but cannot reduce your annual subscription below 0€.
