IP Pilot is offered in several versions. Your firm’s version decides which features you can open, how much of a profile you can read, and whether you can export data. This article explains how to find out which version you have, where to compare the versions, and how to change yours.
Every version uses the same global filing data. The version decides how far you can search, analyze and export it, not what data exists.
1. Find out which version you have #
- As an admin user, click the gear icon at the bottom of the left navigation pane to open Settings.
- Stay on My Details, the first tab.
- Read the Your version row.
The same panel answers three related questions that are easy to confuse with the version:
- Your products shows whether your subscription covers Patents, Trademarks or both.
- Your premium features lists features licensed on top of the version, such as Push to CRM.
- Your administrators lists the colleagues who can change your firm’s setup. Ask them first if anything on this panel looks wrong.
2. Compare the versions #
The pricing page compares the versions feature by feature and explains how IP Pilot is priced.
In the product, a green pro badge marks the features that need the Pro version.
3. Change your version #
To change your version, add a product or add a data pack, contact your account manager or IP Pilot support. You can reach support through Contact & Training, or through Contact Support under Support in the left navigation pane.
